• To withdraw from a class for a refund, please notify Metro’s Customer Service office at least two full business daysprior to the start date of your class.
  • Refunds may take up to four weeks to process through Edmonton Public Schools Financial Services.
  • Refunds will not be issued once a class has begun or for non-attendance.
  • Transfers may be made up to two business days prior to the start date of your class. After that time, transfers are not possible. 
  • Metro reserves the right to cancel any course due to low enrolment. A full refund will be issued for cancelled courses.
  • Online learning: You have two weeks after enrolment to request a partial refund if you are unable to complete a class due to medical or extenuating circumstances. Transfers are not available and no refund will be issued after an online class has been completed.
